Is the simple technique ofapplying decorative papers, serviettes etc to a surface such as wood, metal,glass candles and card. Simply apply thepaper etc to the surface with decoupage glue and varnish a few times to completelyincorporate the design. This produces abeautiful affect and makes the object in hand appear hand painted.
